Curriculum and its structure

The recommended curriculum recommends to the student how to study the subject - which course, in which semester, what are the ways of ending the course (exam or credit) and how the course is evaluated by the so-called credits. A student may also choose his/her own (individual) study plan, provided that he/she complies with the other conditions of the study, e.g. conditions for completing the course, completing the internship, enrolment in individual semesters, for termination of studies, etc. (see Article 27 of the Study and Examination Regulations). Courses are divided into compulsory, optional and elective courses. The recommended curriculum for the Applied Informatics programme is available in the school's information system.

For each semester, the student chooses his/her own study schedule by registering courses.
