Information on the final theses

The study of the Applied Informatics, Applied Engineering and Applied Mechanical Engineering programmes is completed with a state final examination (SZZ).

Study Guidelines

State final examinations are governed by the Study and Examination Regulations of the College of Polytechnics and the valid Guidelines to state final examinations and Guidelines for the supervision, preparation and publication of final theses at the College of Polytechnics. The documents can be downloaded from the school's information system.

Further information

The state final examinations consist of the actual state examination in the field of the study programme and the defence of the Bachelor's thesis. Both parts are usually held on the same day; the state examination in the field of the study programme precedes the defence. Both parts of the final state examination are public except for the committee meeting. Detailed information on the course of the state final examinations can be found here (in Czech).
